In the last year or so I have read a good amount of books. But not is it everyday that I read a book quite like this. The book is "Why We Love The Church" by Kevin DeYoung and Ted Kluck. (Authors of "Why We're Not Emergent (By Two Guys Who Should Be)) Without going into incredible detail. This book has it all. I believe it could appeal to any crowd also. Church lovers, church haters, people that may be burnt out on church, anyone. This book has it all. I laughed, I cried (only once, but I had to hold the tears back at some parts), and I wanted to stand up and cheer at some points. This book will revive your spark and love for the church, even if you are already in love with the church. I don't recommend books like this that often, but I suggest you read this. Go to your local bookstore that would sell it. Buy it. I will lend you my copy if you want. This book is nothing short of amazing.
